Take Advantage of Our Adoption Service

Healthy Pet Center is a big advocate for pet adoption, and we love to help facilitate the process whenever we can! That is why we donate space in our North Greenbush and Delmar locations to the cats and dogs of Free To Be Me Rescue.

When visiting our North Greenbush store, take a peek in the "Cat Room". You will likely spot a few feline friends either playing up a storm or lounging their day away. Make an appointment to visit your new feline friend today!

If it’s a canine companion you are interested in, contact Free To Be Me Rescue, and make an appointment to visit some of the adoptable dogs in our Delmar location.

Don’t forget to check out FTBMR on Pet Finder too! The rescue usually has more adoptable pets in foster homes while they wait for their Fur-ever Families to find them!

Our Troy location always has cats available for adoption (by appointment only).

Our Delmar location has only dogs available for adoption (by appointment only).

Our Latham location is host to adoption clinics for a variety of local rescue organizations. On different days, you may find cats, dogs, or small animals for adoption. Keep an eye on our “Events” section for scheduled clinics!
